While Jenny was very keen to go and find George immediately, I was slightly less keen.
I don’t know what it was, but something was making me slightly more concerned than normal about what had happened with George.
First, he had accidentally bought my mine, and then had to go to a mysterious but very important meeting, and then he had closed down my mine, and accidentally turned off the power to my house, and then accidentally booby-trapped the switch to the power of my house, and now he had accidentally gone missing.
It was all very concerning, and while my CalmKnit socks were certainly making me feel slightly more relaxed, I felt that I needed a bit more relaxing before going off on a high-speed search for George.
