A spoon is standing on a table, on the handle of the spoon is a part that is standing out which has a lens in the middle which is projecting a display onto the table, on the table a chef is making some dish.

SpoonBeam

10th January 2026

Before I could really get on with inventing lots more things to fund my plan to drill into the centre of the Earth, I needed to make myself some dinner.

Now when you make dinner, you probably watch countless videos of people making dinner on your phone, and then use a spoon to help prepare your own. That sounds incredibly inefficient. Honestly, it’s amazing you get fed at all.

When I make dinner, it is much simpler because I have SpoonBeam.

SpoonBeam is a combination spoon and projector which enables you to beam video onto any surface. This means I can watch videos of people preparing dinner right there from the spoon I am using to prepare mine. No more traipsing from where your phone is to your food preparation area. Now with SpoonBeam you are preparing and watching in the same place.

I will admit, it can be hard to follow the video when you’re stirring non-translucent things, and even translucent things can interfere with the speakers, but surely it is still better than all that traipsing.

Why do you do so much traipsing?

Get your SpoonBeam immediately.

Note to self: Consider at least getting the SpoonBeam to pair with your headphones, it would make things easier when stirring liquids.
